Lumemark — Internal Staging Test Terms
Version: staging-consumer-v1.
This package is exclusively for the operator's own, approved staging accounts at staging.lumemark.app. It exercises agreement confirmation and account-exit handling with real account data and email. It is not an invitation to external testers, production Terms or an external customer offer. The software's agreement records describe the internal exercise; they do not establish that a separate customer has contracted with the operator.
1. Operator And Contact
Operator: Nazar Pryimak, Heisfelder Straße 125, 26789 Leer, Germany.
Agreement confirmations, withdrawal, account deletion and data requests: accounts@lumemark.app. General support: support@lumemark.app. A clear declaration can also be sent by post to the operator above. The exercise and confirmation text are in English.
2. Scope, Price And Acceptance
Use only an approved account you control. This exercise is for an adult able to understand and authorize the account actions. It offers no organizational operational use, shared account, paid subscription, payment-card collection, renewal charge or automatic paid conversion. The price is zero; feedback is optional.
Lumemark is a reading and research workspace for organizing sources, working with saved reading surfaces and using source-based AI assistance. It needs an internet connection, a supported browser and Google sign-in. Internal operation can be interrupted for maintenance or recovery; this package makes no availability or backup-restoration guarantee and removes no applicable mandatory protection.
Review the signed-in account and these exact documents before confirming. Use sign-out to select a different account. A successful affirmative acceptance records its actual time and an individual confirmation containing the Terms, Privacy Notice and eligibility statement. A failed or stale submission does not create a new agreement. The confirmation is emailed to the trusted account address and is available to download while signed in. Ordinary workspace access waits for confirmed mail-provider handoff; handoff is not proof that the message reached your inbox or that you read it. Delivery recovery does not require accepting again or change the original acceptance time.
This test does not backdate acceptance or repair old acceptance history. Preserved accounts must accept this new requirement deliberately when next used. A delivery problem is handled through the confirmation screen and account contact, not by substituting a recipient or erasing evidence.
3. Trial And Existing Material
The ongoing service arrangement and the seven-day Trial allowance are separate. For an unstarted Trial, the clock starts on the first authorized Project-workspace entry, not sign-in, acceptance, receipt delivery or viewing Projects or Usage. Existing Trial dates, usage and funding remain unchanged by reacceptance. Creating and opening a Project can start the Trial; merely testing confirmation must not do so.
The Trial allows one Project, five resources and 100 MB of source storage, with bounded AI usage rather than a guaranteed number of calls or pages. Usage displays the deadline and remaining allowance. Expiry or exhaustion blocks new AI and storage-increasing work while preserving permitted reading/manual editing. It does not delete content, end the ongoing arrangement or create a payment.
The first confirmation exercise does not authorize new uploads, URL imports, AI work or destructive account actions. Existing material is preserved unless the owner separately approves its cleanup. Any later workspace test must use material the owner is entitled to process and respect applicable privacy and copyright rules; this is not permission to submit employer/client operational records or identifiable sensitive personal or criminal-offence records. Important AI results must be checked against the sources. These test boundaries do not change the separately reviewed material policy for a future external release.
4. Withdraw From Contract
For the withdrawal workflow exercised here, you may withdraw within fourteen days of the recorded initial agreement, without giving a reason. The period does not start with the Trial. Any longer applicable mandatory period or protection remains unaffected. Acceptance or starting a Trial does not waive withdrawal; there is no charge for withdrawal or prior free use.
Use Withdraw from contract, review the displayed account, agreement and acknowledgement address, then select Confirm withdrawal. The action asks for a name only if one is missing; it does not ask you to correct the agreement or select a different recipient. A clear email or postal declaration also works, including after sign-out or deletion; no new account or renewed agreement is needed. Send it before the applicable deadline. An agreement reference helps but is not required if the available information identifies it.
The acknowledgement records the declaration and actual receipt time. Withdrawal ends the arrangement under the applicable right and, under this exercise's disclosed account policy, also leads to account closure and permanent deletion. It is not necessary to choose Delete account as well. Submission is not immediate technical closure, sign-out or completed deletion; the operator processes cleanup separately. Any applicable legal effect is not postponed until technical cleanup is finished.
Optional withdrawal form, sent to the operator/address in section 1 or accounts@lumemark.app:
- I withdraw from my Lumemark internal staging test agreement.
- Agreement date or reference, if known:
- Name:
- Address, if using this optional form:
- Date:
- Signature, only for a paper declaration:
The form is optional. Ordinary language is sufficient, and the online function does not require a postal address.
5. Delete Account And Cleanup
Delete account, available from Account, requests ordinary termination of the ongoing arrangement and permanent account/project deletion. It remains available after the withdrawal period and does not require withdrawal first. Review the irreversible-deletion warning and confirm once. You may instead contact accounts@lumemark.app.
The two actions have different legal meanings but share supervised technical cleanup. A request acknowledgement is distinct from completion. The operator preserves any pending applicable data request, stops new work, settles outstanding operations, and removes workspace material, authentication and account-linked records through the existing lifecycle. Deletion has no trash or undo. Minimum independent evidence and recovery copies are handled as described in the Privacy Notice, not treated as ordinary account history.
You may ask for access, correction, erasure or an applicable copy/transfer of data using the account contact, without an active Trial, new account or acceptance of later Terms. Applicable duties remain intact. After completed deletion, returning requires a new account and acceptance under the then-current admission conditions; neither restores deleted Projects.
6. Continued Internal Operation
After the first confirmation succeeds, any continued use remains owner-controlled staging testing. This package does not authorize external invitations, production rollout, a paid offer or new operational data processing. Material policy changes require a new reviewed version and the applicable acceptance process; published text and earlier receipts are not silently rewritten. Contact the operator to resolve a restriction, delivery problem or rights request. No test label limits a mandatory right.
